Services

A personalized space to explore your emotions, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change. I specialize in helping adults process grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique journey.

I provide comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to support immigration legal cases, including VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, and asylum applications. Each evaluation is conducted with care, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism to meet legal and clinical standards.

Groups & Workshops

A supportive space to connect with others, learn new coping tools, and grow together. I offer groups and workshops on topics such as anxiety, grief, and self-compassion, fostering community healing and empowerment.

Get to know me:

Hi! I’m Scarlett, a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Venezuela and completed a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology at ISEP in Spain.

I became a licensed professional counselor candidate in Colorado in 2023 and I’m currently halfway through earning full-license in 2026 (fingers crossed!). I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and I’m currently pursuing EMDR certification.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including immigrants, the LGBTQ+ community, and neurodivergent individuals (Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD).

When I’m not in session, you can find me watching movies, reading a novel, spending time with my partner, or enjoying an iced coffee with friends. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you in your journey toward healing.

A journey back to you

There are moments in life that pull us away from ourselves—times when, whether by our own choices or the actions of others, we find ourselves wondering: Why does life have to feel so [insert your word here]?

These moments may leave marks, but they don’t have to define you. And that’s where therapy comes in.

The truth is, life is a chaotic place. We grow accustomed too quickly to fleeting moments, convincing ourselves that change isn’t coming—yet change is inevitable.

The beauty of therapy is that it invites you to sit with your thoughts, challenge your perceptions of reality, embrace the parts of you that need to be heard, and begin healing from the inside out.

Therapy is like a rabbit hole—a journey inward to rediscover yourself. And I’m simply here, holding a lamp, walking beside you as a guide.
